Paediatricss Department of the Hospital provides complete health care since it takes care of each preventive and curative aspects of children’s health. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to care, primarily provided by our skilled Paediatrics specialists, together with Paediatrics Surgeons.
Pediatrics – provides total care and revival to neonates, babies, toddlers and children.

We provide the following services:

  • Management of low birth weight
  • Management of blue babies, premature babies
  • Diagnose and treat all types of Neonatal and Paediatric Illness and disease

Care of sick children has been one of the foundations in our planning and the centre delivers complete services for strong child health. We provide specialised support for kids with development issues, infectious diseases, cancer, orthopaedics and genetic disorders.
All high-risk deliveries are attended by paediatricians who are well – trained in Neonatal resuscitation of babies. All newborns are screened for the presence of any treatable congenital abnormalities. The department also has a neonatal intensive care Unit where sick newborns are taken care.
Consultants carefully measure each patient and additionally discuss accessible treatment options and suggest the foremost effective one.
We also provide open communication, emotional support and education to all of our patients as well as to their families. The services offered include general out-patient and in-patient care and Paediatrics surgical services for children of all age groups including new born care.

Facilities:
The centre has dedicated Paediatric ICUs (PICU) and Neonatal ICUs (NICU) to provide special care to critically unwell kids and newborns. The centre is equipped with High Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV) for kids with complex lung issues and Neonatal Transport Incubator (a piece of hospital equipment that ill or premature babies lie in to be kept warm and given treatment) to transfer critically unwell babies to the hospital.
